S1: Monday - Friday - 7:00pm - 8:30pm

S2: Monday - Friday - 7:00pm - 9:00pm

On nights of Maine Endwell school swim meets, UNAC will not have practices. Check calendar for dates, and watch for announcements on Facebook and email.

During the Fall, Winter and Spring sessions, UNAC practices at the Maine Endwell High School pool.

Practice is cancelled whenever school is closed (i.e. because of a snow day or holiday). At the Endicott Z Pool in July, practice is held in light rain but cancelled in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms. Circumstances beyond UNAC's control occasionally result in changes to practice times or cancellations on short notice. Before leaving for practice, swimmers should check the website calendar, email, and Facebook for notifications.
