Practice Times
Fall/Winter/Spring Practices:
J1 (beginner group): Monday - Thursday - 7:00pm - 8:00pm
J2: Monday - Friday - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
S1: Monday - Friday - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
S2: Monday - Friday - 7:00pm - 9:00pm
On nights of Maine Endwell school swim meets, UNAC will not have practices. Check calendar for dates, and watch for announcements on the Remind app and email.
Summer Practices:
Practices will be held Monday - Thursday for ALL groups. NO Friday practices.

S1 : 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm
S2 : 7:00 pm - 8:45 pm

Cancellations
Practice is cancelled whenever school is closed (i.e. because of a snow day or holiday). At the Endicott Z Pool in July, practice is held in light rain but cancelled in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms. Circumstances beyond UNAC's control occasionally result in changes to practice times or cancellations on short notice. Before leaving for practice, swimmers should check the website calendar, email, and Facebook for notifications.
